PROJECT CONTEXT
We partner with RUSH as their strategic CX Design and Service Design provider, working on key, client projects with a digital and tech focus. We align with RUSH’s service offering, working predominantly in the Innovate and Imagine spaces.
All projects have collaboration with the client at their core resulting in design outputs that satisfy both the client’s needs and those of their customers. We love working with RUSH and their clients.
PROJECT PROCESS
We work in a way that suits each project’s intent and the design challenge at hand, ranging from four-week design sprints to longer projects that follow RUSH’s bespoke design methodology. Nicola syncs in effortlessly with RUSH’s Digital, Product and Tech teams to deliver clear designs outputs and business outcomes.
Nicola’s advanced, design capability means that she routinely leads design projects by herself reporting directly to RUSH’s Head of Product. The quality of the work and the satisfaction of each client is constantly front of mind for her.
