Nicola Halliday heads up everyday design and is a Service and Customer Experience Designer with many years’ experience working across both commercial and social innovation projects. She has made human-centred design central to her work, delivering strategic results for clients and bringing to life products/services and experiences desired by customers.
Prior to setting up everyday design, Nicola headed up the CX Design team at BNZ as its Director. Nowadays, she enjoys that she is equal measures of both design leader and design practitioner on client projects.
Crystal Lin is a design practitioner with a background in digital product design across a breadth of industries, currently focusing on innovation within financial services. Her intuitive design talent is widely recognised amongst our clients.
Nicola and Crystal's complimentary skills means that every client project benefits from not only their design knowledge but also their commercial insight. The end result is the design of purposeful products and services that customers want.
